The principal activities of CREATE in the field of electromagnetic non destructive evaluation comprise the following:
- Developing numerical methods for modelling of underlying phenomena of eddy currents inspection and fast inverse problem solvers;
- Developing an automated procedure for defects detection and reconstruction;
- Developing eddy current probes and techniques for deeply buried subsurface defects detection on the basis of numerical simulations.
