Robotics research is
carried out since 35 years at PRISMA
Lab (Projects of Industrial and Service Robotics, Mechatronics and
Automation, in the Department of Electrical Engineering
and Information Technology (DIETI) of University of Naples Federico
II. The team currently consists of three professors (Bruno
Siciliano, Luigi
Villani, Vincenzo
Lippiello), three associate professors (Fanny
Ficuciello, Alberto
Finzi,Fabio
Ruggiero), two assistant professors (Jonathan Cacace, Riccardo Caccavale ), along with six Post-Docs, thirteen Ph.D. students, four technical assistants, a project manager, a communications manager and two administrative assistants.
The PRISMA team is internationally recognized in the community for their achievements in aerial, assistive, cognitive, cooperative, industrial, service and surgical robotics. The record of the team can be
