The SPI 2025 Organization will act as the controller regarding the collection and processing of personal data in the strictest confidentiality and under the legislation in force, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 2016/679 – 27/April/2016. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelations and refunds must be requested by e-mail to spi2025@unicas.it and registrationspi2025@consorziocreate.it. Refund conditions for registrations already paid in full are:
• Registrations cancelled until April 10^th, 2025, will be refunded 70% of the registration fee
• Registrations cancelled from April 11^th, 2025, onwards will not be eligible for a refund
